My cat needed a prescription diet so I went to petflow and attempted to place an order. It specified to mail in the paper prescription per my vet's preference. The website wasn't letting me make the order (wouldn't load the payment page), so I mailed in and waited until the following day and placed the online order. A week later I called and confirmed they had the prescription, and thag petflow had the order. I asked to have the order processed immediately and was told that vetsource would have to wait until petflow released it. Ugh. Over three weeks and I still don't have her food and now I don't have a prescription to take to a store. Worst processing system ever. Takes "days" for vetsource to "match" the physical prescription to the petflow order. Get it together petflow and vetsource, my cat is damn hungry.

While the price was right, the shipping was not. I received my order quickly (within 2 days) but when I opened the package, 1 of the fish and 2 of chicken dishes were busted open and spoiled. I feel the packing for this type of product was very poor as there was no insulation around the sides or bottom as the box used gave no room for it.

Have three specific instances of confusion over order, delays and want what I want when I want and need it not at "PetFlow" convienence. Not enough choices of food types relating to healthy grain free high quality and never changes.

Your prices are higher than at area pet stores on the dog feed we use and you didn't deliver it when you said you would so I canceled

My first order with Petflow I received food for Hill's® Prescription Diet® g/d® Canine Early Cardiac-Healthy Aging when I was supposed to get Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Digestive Care Chicken Flavor Dry Cat Food. I received a prompt email with the order fixed. But had already waited a week or so for verification with the vet and shipping. Expedited shipping or a phone call would have been nice u will continue to use the service because it is now set up but I was very disappointed.

First order arrived damaged. Weak packaging. It was replaced but still the hassle of contacting customer service. Second order...8 days and still no arrival! There will not be a third. Two strikes and your out with me. Pay good money and I know there are others that will deliver even if it is a few bucks more.

I purchased 5 of the Multipet Look Who's Talking fish that are supposed make bubble noises. I'm not sure what my cat's obsession is with these little fish toys but he loves them and plays with them constantly and carries them throughout the house. This is one of the only places I have been able to find them so I purchase multiples and keep them on hand to replace his favorite toy when the batteries die. Only 2 of the five actually work and make noise. Kind of disappointing. Other than that my order was reasonably priced and had fast shipping.

Higher prices than other competitors, out of stock and halt shipping policies are out of date.
