for what ever reason the shipping now takes a much longer time

I do like PetFlow, however, they often do not seem to have the same variety as Chewy. It’s often difficult us find the product I’m looking for.

Product came to my house about 3 or days after placing the order

I love getting my dog food delivered to my door. I also like that I can ship food to my summer house ahead of my arrival. Pushing back the dates of reoccurring orders this handy. It is sometimes a bit labor intensive on my phone. It would be nice if I could easily put orders on vacation hold and take them off again.

I like the convenience of having it shipped to your door, and the prices aren't bad.

I have had great experiences with PetFlow. Ordering is simple and shipping times are beyond great. I usually have my order within a day or two. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, however, is that cancelling an auto ship order is time consuming as it requires you to contact customer service directly.

I have had problems over the years ordering from other companies and getting shipments of pet items and the boxes come in completely crushed, items are damage or missing, food bags are gouged, etc. For my first time ordering from PetFlow, my shipment arrived intact and fit into the box proportionately and items were not moving around inside the box. This was a big plus for me. Will definitely continue using this company as long as shipments are not damaged and totally "trashed" as they reach my porch. I was very pleased with the packaging of the products.
