Ordered dog treats and pet food. Promptly received what was ordered PLUS ANOTHER 40 POUNDS OF DOG FOOD THAT WASN'T ORDERED!!!! Called folks at PetFlow about it, and within minutes, they provided a FEDEX return shipping label vial e-mail. It's possible that a query of the inadvertently shipped dog food was sought on their website, but there was no evidence of ordering it, nor paying for it! It appears they may be a bit too eager to ship product, and won't make any profits providing large quantities of free pet products!

Website is user friendly. Setting up recurring was easy. Very fast shipment.

Your service is excellent. The reason I gave you only a 4 was because your system refuses to let me order online. I established an account but the last 2 times I tried to order I had to speak to a representative because your system rejected my established account ID /password even after I changed the password. I don't mind calling but it would be easier to just order online.

if you took better care of your old customers I think youd do better. why should a new customer get a better deal? the reason I stay is you have my brand that's hard to get when you live in the boonies.

Great selection of reasonably priced dog toys! PetFlow had some small balls, which are difficult to find - thank you! Delivery was a bit slower than some other online pet delivery services - not a big deal to me. Pricing on pet food I typically purchase was a little higher priced. I would purchase items from PetFlow again.

Shipping was slow , each bag was priced $10 more then locally
