Second time I have received products with damaged boxes inside delivery box.

They sold the dog food that Chewy dose not sell. It took longer then a chewy delivery. I would order again.

Most of the customer service representatives were friendly, professional, and tried to be helpful. The problem was that the warehouse kept sending me the wrong dog food (TWICE - after being promised that the manager would hand select the bags and make sure it was correct!!) - so ultimately I ended up sending it all back, asking for my credit card to be refunded and ordering from Chewy.com instead. I was very disappointed that they couldn't get the order right and am not sure I will order from them again.

I've ordered from PetFlow a few times and it's been fine. This last time I ordered 2 cases of Whole Earth Farms dog food, and I received 1 case of Whole Earth Farms, and 1 case of Merrick's. No explanation. It's fine, my dog liked the Merrick's, but poor service.

Great fast service, best pricing by far. Repeat customer.

Shipping takes too long.

just an idea. Lower prices!

The products took way too long to get here.... over a week in transit... if shipping were free I might cut this some slack, but having paid for shipping this was not acceptable. I plan to order elsewhere next time.
