Prices are generally lower at my local pet store for some items.

Ordered Zignature goat dog food. Received several dented cans. Will have to look for a different seller.

Good customer service and all but need to work on organizing processing and shipping. Would be nice to see other options besides FedEx. I once tried to order 8 bags (with a 10% discount) of the same type of dog food because had a litter of puppies and wanted to stock up. It was for some reason flagged by Petflow and they stopped shipment without notification. Days went by waiting for the delivery and finally called in to find out that it was cancelled because Petflow thought I was a supplier / retailer or some sort of pet store trying to flip their products. At first they said there was nothing we could do besides place another smaller order and with no 10% discount. This was not acceptable to me and I then spoke to managers and finally a week later of fighting to prove I am not a business, got the order to go through but still no discount. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if they didn't already close a sale with the discount then cancelcancel it under a false pretense AND if the food that my pups were already on was available locally, but at the time it was a new product by Acana and not available in my area. Had to switch them to another formula temporarily which was a pain for me and the puppies. I think they used the excuse of saying I was a business to get out of the promised discount. In the end I was granted a credit for the next purchase but it didn't come close to what the discount would have saved me.

FIRST TIME USE. ALL WENT ACCORDING TO PLAN.

"PetFlow sends out email ads: "15% Off Site-Wide!" You go through the trouble of putting together a big pet food order, and belatedly realize that the squiggle that appeared to be part of the cute illustration was actually an impressionistic rendering of an asterisk leading to a very, very small print footnote explaining that "Site-Wide!" does not include PetFlow's main product: pet food. I wrote to PetFlow complaining that this was misleading advertising. They gave me a $5 courtesy credit and their next email ad had the same darned hoax. "$15% Off Site-Wide!"

I very much appreciate when y’all send me stuff for free sometimes, and customer service is good. However the length of time the delivery process is, is below average

slow shipping. took a week to receive item. Others only 3 days.
