Cat had to have pu operation and afterwards we were told that he needs specific food from now on. Ordered the food and after 3days still hasn't shipped because of prescription not being sent even though the vet called them and verified. The day before food gets here I get a customer support email asking for the prescription again while the food was already being delivered. Last time I try saving a couple dollars.

The food took a week to arrive. Good customer service, however, when I asked for feedback on delivery expectation. Sadly, the food seemed far less condensed than the cans we got from the shelter. Makes me wonder if it is a knock off. This is apparently becoming more common in Europe and China in all types of product categories. Won't order again.

I was shipped cat food instead of the dog food I ordered. I have not had any of the right food for my dog. The customer service agent told me that the correct food according to my order would be shipped out same day and I was supposed to receive this last week. I still haven't received the correct order.

I wanted to try petflow to support an animal business over Amazon, but the shipping speeds of Amazon are much quicker for the same price. I'm able to get my food within 1 day with Amazon. Sadly it took 4 days to get my order from petflow :(

I still have not received my items, and I am being sent reviews? I have had to make multiple phone calls and was finally told today part of my order would be sent but I still have not received any tracking information. This entire process is taking an unreasonably long time.

I was pretty happy with the service but then the constant flood of emails started pouring in from PetFlow.com. I'll be adding a filter tomorrow to dump all of them.

Order was way overdue and stuck in a warehouse in Oregon for at least five days. I think I should have this order comped. in total the order recd 12-22 and was not recd til 12-31.
