Followed up my question with the shipping agent quickly

For me you have one flaw which will keep me from signing up for repeat shipments and that is the inability to change the product to another without calling an explaining why. First off, it’s non of your business. I loved the repeat order and the ease of rescheduling the order if I had too much or to little. But I’m not going to call you up to explain why I want to use another brand. Simple as that

Your customer service is excellent. Whenever I have needed help, whether with an order or technical issues with the web site, you have always delivered. I am especially impressed by your IT people, but everyone I have dealt with have been awesome. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!! The only slight “complaint” I have is I often get cans of food that are dented and it is only a concern because I have heard that bacteria can multiply more in dented cans.

I haven’t received the dog food samples yet, but I’m so glad to be able to order samples vs buying bag after bag & my dog won’t eat it. I refuse to buy food with meal. So, I’m trying to find a food he likes that I can manage financially & time wise. I used to make a human grade stew for both dogs called Ruby’s Stewbie. Since the older dog passed, he has refused to eat dry kibble:Core Wellness, Taste of the Wild, & Orijen. He will eat raw & dehydrated food but it is too expensive as a stand alone meal.
