I'm not sure why they held up my order for dog food when they already had a prescription from the vet. a week later they send me an e mail stating that my vet is not getting back to them with an number to call for customer service. I was on hold twice for 20 minutes each time. Very disappointed with petflow's service.

I recently ordered a 6 pack of flea treatment. It was shipped in a cardboard box big enough for a laptop computer! This is incredibly wasteful and ridiculous packaging for this item. I plan to take my future business to companies that are more environmentally friendly.

They did not live up to their word of giving me a discount for every order as I was told when I first signed onto get my auto shipping.I only signed up for the discount on the order . Otherwise, I would just buy the items at the local store because they are the same price. I was looking for a better deal and without the discount I was told I could get on every order, there is no need for me to use this service. After speaking with another rep about why the discount isnt being applied he said they cannot give me that discount on every order and that the rep was wrong.

Good people, bad process. 7 reps separately told me they saw the problem with updated vet info not being used to verify my dogs food prescrip. All 7 took care of it. All 7 orders got cancelled b/c the old vet was contacted and told them correctly that we were not current patients.

The coupon I had said "Free Shipping"; however, I discovered I needed to have automatic orders to get this. Thus, the discount on the dog food I bought was cancelled out with the high shipping fee. It would have been cheaper to go to the store.
