Shipping carrier misdelivered my package, delaying my order and causing considerable inconvenience. PF should work with more reliable shippers

I was sent the wrong size Geenies and when I called to correct it I was told I would not be charged for the correct Order BUT I was charged for both???

Admitted they forgot to pack/ship flea medication - i had to pay for more locally as I needed it immediately at that point in order to drop my puppy off at the kennel while we were about to go on vacation. It was inconvenient and if my first experience was bad, I'm assuming the rest would likely be similar. I'm moving on.

I was under the impression it would be delivered to my door for my conveniene. The food was delivered to the leasing office. So I had to carry a 60 pound box of 2 bags of food and some treats from the office and up 4 flights of stairs and I unfortunately don't own a hand truck. Only reason I ordered was so that I could avoid that climb. I doubt I'll auto order since I can get dog food when I buy groceries.

They held my order for about a week because I inquired about a coupon I thought I should get. ($50 minimum order, very small print). 24" Lamb chop pet toy is the cutest thing. But it's not for pets. The seams started to come loose within 5 minutes. It's already lost stuffing and I don't know if that's eatible so thats done. I guess I could sow up the 2 seams, wash it and give it to my 21 month old grandkid. My dog still has her Walmart 12" purple lamb chop that was given her the day we brought her home on Jan 22nd. It's very beat up but still squeeks etc. They did give me free shipping over ths coupon thing and maybe I just got a defective Lamb Chop. She likes her pizzel sticks.

Navigating website was very difficult. Had to enter info 4 times before I was sure I did it right.

They won't let you change or cancel a delivery schedule without calling them and letting them harass you about it. I'm not a fan of companies who hold your money hostage.

Hi, I've emailed, I've called and you're still sending at least 4 email promotions every single day. Stop already! If I order my cat's prescription food from Chewy next time, it will be because of this.
