I like the fact I can buy Acana Puppy/Junior food at Petflow. I was getting a lot of emails stating a % off but when I would go to check out it always never applied to what I was buying. Also when I was chatting we would get offline before we finished our conversation. It seems it takes longer than normal to receive my order. The prices are very good as are the products but I do have some issues.

Fromm dogfood is a bit costly, altho my dog enjoys it, but it's expensive.

My Belgian Malinois thrives on Acana heritage free run poultry formula dog food with lustrous coat and skin, great muscle tone, good teeth and bone structure, and bounding energy. That definitely deserves 5 star rating! But the reason for 3 stars is poor communication in delivery time. At time of order placement, delivery was given as one date. Once that date came, delivery was moved back two more days! I was going out of town and was afraid of running out of dogfood. I had to go way out of my way and go and get another inferior brand to take with me. Acana was delivered while I was out of town...This also happened the last time I ordered from Petflow. Hoping it's just Christmas and the New Year. Usually Petflow is very quick and efficient. I'll give it another try; third time is a charm!

Price was great, but the shipping was off a day from what they said causing us to go to a Retailer that didn't have our food.

The delivery time was not as estimated and arrived a day past when I needed it.

The shipping is slower then chewy.Com And this last shipment was almost a week.

No problem with pet flow, Fed Ex ground sucks! We live in a rural area and get deliveries from ups, usps, and Fed Ex express. We have had nothing but problems with Fed Ex ground, their classic line is “ package can’t be delivered” , which means they don’t want to drive down our lane and turn around! We call and complain and nothing ever gets done cause they keep doing it! We were supposed to get food on Sat. and got it on Tuesday, unfortunately we like Pet Flow but no other choice for shipping.

I have normally had no problems. However, just recently a charge was taken out of my checking leaving me 1.00. I thought I had cancelled the auto ship but when I called cs they said you had to call or email. I do not remember seeing that at all when I cancelled. They said the charge would be reversed but nothing yet!
