Almost all of the cans in the two cases of dog food were dented, one even leaked the food out the dent. Customer service, however, replaced all the dented cans after we provided pictures of the dented cans.

I ordered prescription food on a Friday. Didn't get it until the following Saturday. I called them Tuesday to ask them what was happening, they were waiting for my vet to give the ok so I called the vet then called Pet Flow back to see if they could get the order out as soon as possible as I was running out of food, it didn't get delivered to the shipper until Thursday and took another 2 days to get to me.

I regularly buy Royal Canin cat food. Pet flow refuses to give advertised discounts or credit coupons on this product unless you sign up for automatic delivery. The pop up and email discounts do no spell out these restriction! I "chatted " with their representative who was an absolutely rude pinhead.

I need worm meds for my barn cats that are pretty wild. Could not get the meds even though I entered all my Veterinarian s info. So the cats suffer.

I have ordered cases of canned cat food several times from PetFlow. Each time there has been little or no packing material in the box, and I have received lots of dented cans. While customer service has been helpful in providing a credit to my account, the poor packing practices have not changed. :(

I had to wait a week and a half to receive my dog food from petflow. In the meantime I had to order from another company because Petflow took too long to contact my vet and process the order. The company would not accept my emailed attachment of Pippi's prescription diet dog food and would only accept it by mail which would take additional time. Since they couldn't seem to get in touch with my vet and wouldn't accept my attached emailed prescription, I just told them to cancel the order at which time I proceeded to order with another company who processed my order within a couple of hours. Petflow, upon asking to cancel my order, went ahead and magically processed my order the following day and told me they couldn't cancel it but would send a return label so that I could return it. This does not make any sense. My puppy has health issues and so it's extremely important her diet stays regular and it's perfectly reasonable to expect shipment within 1-2 days of ordering. I wouldn't recommend this company.

My order shipped on July 29th, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Kind of irritating...
