Company is great, delivery company or someone in the warehouse has my canned foods coming too crushed to open. Not ALL but a few out of most cases.

Product came fast but the kong elephant was torn before it got here.

Customer service is excellent; however having to buy a 12 pound bag of Verus dry cat food is not good for me. I would appreciate it if you would offer 5 pound bags. Half way through the food is stale and I have to buy another 12 pound bag . A cat doesn't eat as a dog does as I am sure you know. So give us cat owners a break and offer smaller bags of food. Thank you .

I like pet flow there delivery is crazy fast. The website I wish was a little more user friendly. I wish you where able to save things to a wish list this would help to purchase more items from the website I also wish food item for cats where a little easier to purchase. I like to give my cat variety when giving wet cat food the website only allow cases of wet cat food. I just wish this was different.

Delivery took a little longer than expected as when I've ordered from Chewy in the past I get it within a day or two, but the delay probably had to do with the fact it was right around the holidays. I was happy on the pricing and am sure I'll order again.

Excellent service and great prices. I'll keep buying my dog food from them as long as they keep sending their discount ads.
