Ordering was a bit confusing as I don't want auto fill as we change flavor of dog food at each order. I decided to use PayPal but could not get a final $$ amount clear at the time of the order. I also did not want FedEx or UPS as they leave the box on the road by the address sign and it is snowing and the plow covered it up. It was days before I knew it was there. I have a Post Office box in town for a reason. How do I get you to send my package there.

Decent choice, good customer service. I appreciate the effort to not sell prong, choke or shock collars. I would like to see this “no pain” move toward a full commitment of not selling any sort of gimmicky training device that uses fear to train animals, examples being: bark collars, any anti-bark devices and static mats.

I'm updating this review after PetFlow addressed the issue I had by refunding me for what ended up being a duplicate order. The original problem -- that they told me by phone they were unable to fulfill my order and would have to cancel it because of manufacturer restrictions, then shipped it several days later, after I'd already ordered it somewhere else -- was frustrating and is a sign of poor communication. But after I gave feedback, they did give me a full refund and told me I could donate the extra food. So customer service was very good.

Initially, my shipment was meant to arrive on a Tuesday, but it kept delaying and ended up arriving on Thursday, other than that, everything was ok.
