Product is great, shipping a little slower than I’m used to.

I did not know vet was emailed and not a fax and vet missed order coming in, a week went by with order not being processed. Now I know to tell vet to check email for order. Need better communication for first time orders.

I always go to my local pet store to get what my pets need but recently when they had run out of our favourite treats, my neighbour suggested PetFlow. Online order was super simple and the delivery could not have been any quicker. Contemplating sticking to online purchases from now on.

Loved the prices initially but now the price has increased 10% in the past year. Often orders are sent from different sites which spreads out the delivery. Love the promotion 10% automatic orders but discount was swallowed up by price increases. Great Customer service!

Great customer service , and great choices of food and other pet related items. I have been a customer for over 20 years.

I am a repeat customer. My first experience was great other than my preferred brand (Fromm’s) is excluded from any of the coupons/discounts offered by the company. Unfortunately, my 2nd order included damaged items. There were several cans in my 2 cases of canned food that were crushed. I was able to use most of them (although opening them was quite difficult) and only had to dispose of 3 cans. The bag of kibble was not damaged.

My dog loved the turkey dry dog food, however the venison canned food seemed to have caused her to get sick
