very disappointed in delivery. Litter boxes were crushed and opened. We have ordered from you on several occasions what happened?

Items took long for delivery, ordered an item that was in stock then received an email that the item was actually out of stock and it would ship in an additional few days. Finally received the wet cat food and the cans are dented and one was busted.

I did not get the things i ordered there were different things in my shipment i dont know why things were substituted

prescription dry food not received until one week later. Called and was told will rush. Told Came from another warehouse. Other canned prescription and meds shipped same/ next day. I ran out before delivery on the dry. Just got excuse of Friday, weekend order , but half shipped out quickly so that wasn't true

Ordered Aug 8, there was a delay in processing the credit card, I'm not sure why. Credit card issue was then apparently resolved, but then the product was out of stock. I finally received the order on 8/25. 17 days for dog food. I ran out a week after the order was placed. I had to get it elsewhere. This may have been a fluke as I've had better experiences in the past. We'll have to see.

Well I placed ONE order of two bags of cat food. But it charged me for December. I called and spoke to someone when this happened and they said they would fix it. It’s $130 per two bags with shipping and tax that was obviously not an expense I was planning for. I haven’t called anyone sense because I’m annoyed and I don’t see the point the money is already gone and I don’t want to bother with return shipping.

The cat food order was delayed. When we received the order almost every can was dented, and you could tell it was not from the shipping process. One of the boxes had dirt all over the contents inside, including underneath the plastic covering the cat food. I was very disappointed in the service. I will not be reordering.
