I never got notice that my autofill reorder had been abruptly cancelled. They never let me know. When I saw my cat food getting low, I tried to call PetFlow to talk to a representative and was horrified to discover that human telephone conversations have been discontinued and I can only communicate by chat from now on. That's a deal-breaker for me since I need and want the human connection. When I began the chat, I was told that not only had my autofill been cancelled without notice, but they were out of stock in my preferred brand and had no ETA for re-stock. When I expressed frustration and dismay, the chat-agent mysteriously found 4 bags to send me, but refused to give me the discount I had always enjoyed with autofill. I tried to order 8 bags but was told I could only order 4. Good thing, because the order came to more than $100 more than the price I'd always previously paid for that product. I ordered the 4 bags so I wouldn’t run out, and then went shopping online for a new source, and found it, a company with a telephone number to a human, a discount for autoship, and a cheaper price for the same product. I feel completely abandoned and betrayed by PetFlow and will never do business with them again.

We just lost our 12 year old corgi. I’m distraught, she was family. We received an order of dog food 4 days before she passed away. Unfortunately because of their new return policy they won’t except returns or a refund for the food that she is never going to eat. This is a heartless company! I had a 12 year old German Shepard that we had basically the same situation with food. We received an order of her dog food and lost her a week after in January and used CHEWY for her food. What a fantastic company they were. Not only did they refund us the full cost of the food but they told us to donate the food to a shelter or vet. I will never recommend petflow, I will never use Petflow any future animals when we are ready to get one. This is horrible time emotionally. We lost two dogs in 7 months, and with the financial part of getting her cremated every little bit helps. Paying for food that she will never eat is heartless in my opinion. It’s still in the same box it came in unopened! Stay away because they do not care! They are the typical corporate greed company. I would use CHEWY if you can. They at least care for their customers.

This company is total fraud. They raised their price by 235% on autoship without any information. There is no way to reach out via phone. On chat, their customer service says that they are not authorized to return or take any action. They just shut the window saying we don't care about our customers..😡

Horrendous service now that no one may speak to a representative. They raised prices, fired staff and now you have to text to a bot! I cancelled my standing orders after working with them for 10 years. I will give my business only to a company that employees customer service representatives you may speak to. What a horrible business decision they made.

I cancelled my auto ship 6-8 hours prior to shipping. Then I got a notice product was shipped. After contacting customer service I was told of change of policy which I was never told of. Greater than $100 dollars more than I was paying on my last shipment. They never notified me of change of policy. NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS. How can a legitimate company feel than can operate this way without prior notice. I will notify all my contact in animal groups NEVER use this company as they have become greedy and are charging more than I can get from my local dog food store. So disappointed that they took my cancelled order and then rushed the shipment out 8 hours later and said SORRY no returns. Shame on PETFLOW. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
