Good selection of specialty dog food not found in big box stores.

My order came straight to my door. Loved it

I love petFlow products, bu occassionally, lie his last shipment, one of the bags of dog food was sliced with a sharp instrument. He outside box was not damaged however.

Customer service is spot on and I prefer Petflow over Chewy. Shipping though is hit or miss. Sometimes my stuff comes fine, sometimes there are little slits in my dog food, and accessories I buy (like toothbrush and toothpaste) come kinda crushed. I didn't have any major leakage out of the food bag but it could definitely happen.

Delivery is always 2 days later than should be and if it falls on a weekend after already late, makes it even longer.

Great people & so easy to order. Gets here really fast!
