This is one of a few places where I can get Fromm dry cat food. I usually have it within 3 days of ordering. Which is all wonderful. My only complaint is you have changed pricing where I can’t get the big bag with free shipping. The total is a few dollars short! So I Have to buy a small 2 lb bag to get me over the total for free ship. We are on a fixed income and that is an expensive food anyway. It is very disappointing.

Took longer then normal to deliver my order this time. They were out of one of the types of food but was correctly quickly. Then still had to wait another week to get it.

I would have given five stars but I didn’t because I was supposed to get the package on Thursday and instead it arrived on Saturday

It is great that you're easily accessible and deliveries are in short order! I have to say though that you need to keep up on everything about the dog foods. For example, I ordered a bag of the Ancestral Grain lamb Mini adult. You advertised it as "low grain" and you had the right ingredients and the wrong photo for this food and the wrong description. Think about that one for awhile.

i really like Petflow for their fast shipping and good prices. I used to order from them all the time, but they were not able to continue to carry the main dog food that I uses, so for that reason I give it a 4 stars, but all other aspects of this company is terrific.

I did get faster delivery service with my previous place but PetFlow carries what I need.

The delivery was aittle slower than i had hoped, but they did have the food i wanted and the price was fine.

Your support staff are highly efficient. I like your company but definitely think you need to lower your pricing. You are almost pricing yourself out of the market. Your competitors offer lower pricing on most brands.
