Excellent. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Very glad I could get my dog food from you during this difficult time, however, as has been in the past, the boxes it is shipped in were damaged and one bag of dog food had a hole from the exterior box being torn. Not the first time I have ordered from you and had boxes that are not heavy enough to withstand 33 pounds of dog food in transit. I am sure you are a very good company, perhaps just need to review your packaging. Thank you.

I like this site because it has a lot of rare cat foods like Fromm, but I don’t like my experience with your auto ship option. I did this once and the only way to get the deliveries to stop was to call and I hate talking to people on the phone. None of the website links worked or took you to a website that didn’t exist anymore which made it seem like they were fake and you were tricking me into receiving shipments I didn’t want anymore.

Just really disappointed that my dog's rx dog food, on order since 3-19 has not been received. I had no updates til I started asking about it. My dog is allergic to everything. In addition to a lot of meds, she needs to be on this food. Flares leave her with severe open sores, redness, and swelling. I cannot feed her normal food. What are people supposed to do. This is a serious problem for my dog. I know we are in crisis mode but rx dog food? Wow
