False advertising...refused to honor $30.00 discount which is still posted on Facebook

When I received my wet dog food it was damaged and the packaging was already open. Half of the cans hand dents in them. Won't be ordering from them again.

I have been ordering the same wet food. When my last shipment came the packaging had changed from 10oz cans to 2.75 oz packets. I was not informed but just sent the new packaging. This is significantly less than my previous orders and therefore will need to order 3x as much. Disappointed

I have made three requests to be taken off PetFlow's mailing list, but they won't do it.

I have had a great deal of trouble with a prescription food, Royal Canine Gastrointestinal. When the food has not been delivered 4 -5 days after I expected, I call. Your phone rep tells me that the vet approval only just came in. My vet tells me no one contacted them. While I am on the phone searching for the food from local veterinary hospitals, Fed Ex is in my driveway with the dog food! Also you are only carrying the 15 lb bag of Nature's Balance Original Formula. I will only buy a 30 lb bag. Friction is not the problem. But the service is not working for me.

I had a manufacturers coupon and they wouldn't except it. Very disappointed.

Shipping took so long I had to place another order with Chewy. The tracking they provided did not show any movement. It only ever showed that the package had shipped - no updates & no expected delivery date. The company offered me $10 credit, but that hardly compensates for having to duplicate my order elsewhere. Thank goodness Chewy ships immediately and delivers within 2 days! Completely unacceptable! I won't be shopping with Petflow again.
