Great cat food

I love being able to get my dog his specific dog food through your website & have it delivered. The only thing that could make your services even better is when there are sales the code would automatically be applied to auto-ship accts. I try to get on before my fur babies food ships, but I don’t always think about it since it’s on auto ship. A little disappointing when you end up paying more than everyone else.

The entire process was easy and works well

Everything was awesome! Price, packaging, and product. I only gave it 4 stars because it would have been nice to have a little faster shipping, but that may possibly be out of the company's control.

Love subscription service. Don’t have to worry about what food and treats my pet has coming.

Product arrived in good shape but took too long to arrive. I find it difficult to change any items on this order also.

There was a slight delay due to the Covid-19 but that was understood. This particular order was delivered by Fed Ex, they did fine on this shipment but they are the least reliable carrier in our area. I would prefer UPS.
