Regular service is okay, but don't bother with prescription foods. It's a real pain to deal with their pharmacy side of the business.

The order was delivered late and almost every can of 24 was dented majorly. Disappointed.

I'm not shopping as much for food as I used since you dropped your one time food purchase discount to 5% from 10%. I never have signed for auto ship and never will since I have just one pet. I've patronized Petco from the start and my reward from you is to lower my discount?? Not a great way to reward loyalty! I'm now spending more time researching where I buy food!

The products are good quality. I have had problems with packaging all three times I ordered. Cat litter is heavy (40lbs) you would think the box would not be flimsy and it was. Two out of three times it was delivered in a puddle of water. Thanks UPS

Advertised 1 day free shipping and food did not arrive for 7 days. Advertised 25% off entire order, but had to auto enroll, which was not advertised in the coupon. Poor and deceitful advertising.

We do not get tracking number for 2 to 3 days after placing the order we have to call to get it.

I used PetFlow for convenience. However, on last order the site does not allow me to pick a ship to address. Order being shipped to my credit card billing address and not where I want it shipped. I call immediately and ask them to change. It still gets shipped to wrong place. Thought it was a fluke and tried another order - same thing - site would not allow me to pick a shipping address. So, I did not place the order. Too bad.
