You guys have a great website, love the ease of finding out the ingredients. Your ordering and delivery is also great! However I ran into your demanding auto order bot and found that really awful. Your page said to save $10 click here and suddenly I was in auto order subscription. That was BAD. Please don’t ram stuff down our throats. I have a puppy and am still figuring out what he needs. Ultimately when he grows up a bit I might take you up on the subscription. We’re all familiar with subscription thanks to Amazon, and its great you offer this option, but please don’t push it 😊

My only complaint is that delivery took too long. BUT, I realize that current events might have contributed to this. Thank you for the delivery.

I'm very glad that I chose PetFlow as our cat's dry food purveyor. The product always arrives in a timely fashion and the price is highly competitive with our brick&mortar shop without needing to drive 20 miles. I'm am mildly irked that our product NEVER has a sale coupon associated with it while many other of your products do. You would think a steady, long-term customer would occasionally get a break!

I thought I could find the dog food I buy for my dog, Stella and Chewy's small breed, but I didn't see it, not a topper. I would love to order from you instead of going to the pet store. I did appreciate the right-on-it service I received for the cracked water dispenser I received. :)

Sales Rep did not give me the whole story about prescriptions. Customer service followed up and resolved the problem.

The website and the payment flow are not that good. Also, when a client click on the orders, has to go to a different tab, recent orders, what does not make sense.

They were able to verify my dog's prescription for special food and get it shipped. Pricing is competitive with other online pet stores which I used for over a year. I would have given 5 stars if their pricing was lower or their autoship discount was higher.
