To start things off the order page showed a 20% discount, after submitting payment the discount was removed and my credit cas charged the full amount. Called customer service for a refund, was given a 10% instead. Product came a few days later, in a opens box, cosmetically and mechanically damaged. They agreed to send me a new replacement. Got the new petsafe automatic ball launcher last night, in another OPENED BOX! Complete with abrasions for being shipped with out plastic protection. I'm not going to bother with asking for a refund, just going to stick to Amazon and leave this nasty review

My problem was with the return . The customer care person was rude and it’s a lot of trouble to return. I would go to Chewy.

Long review, but important information you need to know- Beware!
I have been using PetFlow for years. My cat is on a prescription diet and PetFlow has always offered a much better price than I can get at my vet's office. My first few experiences with PetFlow were great. I got a great price, the food came within days of ordering it, and after my first order, a customer service representative called me to help set up auto ship. However, after my first few orders, I started to notice annoying little things about PetFlow. First, I had a different shipping and billing address. That is not that uncommon, but for some reason PetFlow had the hardest time with it. They CONSTANTLY sent the food to my billing address, not my shipping. Now my billing address was thankfully very near my shipping address, but it was still a huge inconvenience for me when I explicitly provided them with a different shipping address. Secondly, their emailing sucks. I once received my auto ship order a week BEFORE they bothered to send me the tracking number. In that instance it's not a big deal, but if there is a problem with my order, I need to know more than a week after the problem occurs. Now to all the current issues I have been having with PetFlow. I have tried to get my cat her food 3 times now with the most current autoship order (again it is prescription- I can't just go to a grocery store and pick her something up while I'm waiting). The first time, the vet rejected the order because she had not had her yearly exam yet- that's my fault, not a big deal. So I take her to the vet and then call PetFlow to update the new vet that she sees since we have moved (because for some unknown reason I do not have the capability to do this online myself). Since the vet has to approve the prescription before PetFlow will send it, this information is imperative. The girl I spoke with told me she updated it all and would put the order through immediately. However, a few days later, I get an email from my credit card account (that I never use anymore) that my card has been declined. I check my account and this PetFlow rep for some reason decided to charge it to this credit card without confirming it with me. The only card I have saved to my account is my debit card. I probably used that credit card once, maybe twice, in the past, but I'm really not sure why she felt the need to choose that card. She should have confirmed the card they were going to charge- that is basic customer service. So now we come to today. Since I still have not received my cat's food (or any communication from PetFlow about the supposed order that was put through over the weekend) I try to push my autoship order through online myself. I can use the appropriate card, make sure the correct address is on the order, and the rep told me she updated my vet's contact information. Everything should be golden now, right. Nope. I checked my bank today and there is a charge and then a credit from PetFlow- a telltale sign that something went wrong with the order. So I am at the point now where I am scraping the bottom of my cat food bin (literally), I have placed 3 orders with PetFlow, and have received nothing from them- no food and no communication. Needless to say, I am done with PetFlow. I will be getting my cat her food through some other- more reliable- means.

Petflow doesn't make it easy.
After the first month ordering food for my dog, there was like a week delay before the food was even shipped out. It took you guys a week to get vet approval and when I called the vet after noticing the delay, the doc said they approved it the day I placed the order. Petflow takes DAYS to follow up on orders, and then on day 5 you send me an email that states you're still waiting for vet approval, all while I followed up and they said it was approved days ago.
I gave you guys another chance this month and it turned out to be an even bigger mess. I literally had the same delay problem this time around. Got an email days after ordering that said you were still waiting on my vet, so I called and vet said it was approved the day I ordered. Then, as I followed the UPS tracking number, they didn't even attempt to deliver it this month - they drove it straight to a alternate pick up location after UPS driver stated he attempted to deliver and I wasn't home. I waited all day at home for this food delivery because shipping already took much longer than expected and my dog needed food. Driver never attempted delivery. The entire reason for ordering online and paying for shipping is that it's delivered to MY HOUSE. I cannot make it to an alternate pick up facility after they open or before they close, which was incredibly inconvenient and it's not what I paid for. I will drive and pick up my prescription dog food directly from the vet office from now on. I'll have it immediately, won't have to pay for shipping and certainly won't have to deal with the continuous hassle of this service. Side note: the customer service professionals were nice (every time I called), but were unable to help with the shipping/delivery issue.

Alway the con-job on prices
Alway the con-job on prices. 10% off, oh yeh, only if you sign up for auto shipments. Always the come-on. I'll look for the best price and not sucker in to the ploy.

I was told your shipping was fast
I was told your shipping was fast. It took about a week to get my order and because of that I had to go and buy a small bag of food just to get by until my order came. So with that being said I'm not going to order from pet flow again it works out better to just go and buy my food from the high priced pet store.
