Was underwhelmed by delivery of NIB pinball when they trucked it across the metro area with the legs on the pin.

Hi Josh, Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern. We should have told you the following information when you bought the machine... When we receive a new pinball machine there’s some behind the scenes work before we bring the game into the customers home. We take them out of the box, assemble them, make sure there is no damage, run an electronic test, make sure the game is in perfect working condition before the machine is delivered to your home. This way we can prevent a lot of hassle while at your home, and especially prevent delivering you a damaged game. Occasionally machines need to be sent back to the manufacturer, etc. But, yes, we always deliver games with the legs on. We make sure they are strapped and secure in our trucks for delivery and haven’t had any issues. I can see your point, and we will discuss this with our sales staff to include this behind the scenes info when selling a pinball machine in the future. If you want to speak further with a manager, or are having an issue with your pinball machine we would like to hear about it. Please call or email us. 612-866-8433 [email protected] Thank you for helping us improve!

The show room floor is enormous! Love walking through it. The people were very helpful, but not over the top. They let us do our thing and if we had questions they were more than happy to answer them.
