Excellent product; excellent service

Peter's Billiards moved our pool table from our up north cabin back to our current residence in the north metro area. They were on time, knowledgeable and professional. Repairs were made to the rails, re-delivered, new felt applied and table made ready for use all in a timely manner. Thumbs up to Peter's for their employees and service

Super awesome sales guy helped me. I found a chair in a restaurant when I was vacationing in Florida and got the information about it from the bottom. I googled it and they pointed me to Peter’s. I strolled in and asked about said chair. Special order. Costs this much. Lead time is this far out. The sales guy was awesome and easy to work with. They came in a couple weeks early so I was extra pleased to get them to my house. The guys at the delivery place were mega awesome as well! Super helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

WE had an issue with the stain on some of our pieces not matching our pool table, but they took care of it and made it right. They have excellent service and knowledgeable people for the installation. We would recommend them to anyone.

Peters Billiards is an outstanding, family owned and staffed organization. We were amazed at the furniture/accessories/ETC. they carried. We went in to buy two counter height bar stools - We ended up buying a dining room table with four chairs, a unique but functional couch, a Fire Pit and a Patio Umbrella. There were great people to help us and made our purchases a great experience. You would be amazed at the stuff they carry!

Overall, our experience was good, but there were some issues. The sales person we dealt with was Scott and he was fantastic. Very helpful. We ordered a table and it was delivered 3 weeks(!!!) early (we wish the time estimate was a bit more accurate as we weren't 100% ready for it). It took about 2 hours to install and we were very happy with it. After about a week, I noticed that the screws used to install the rails were too long and had broken through the table and were sticking out of it in several places. I called to tell them about this and they were very good about getting it fixed. Except for one man I spoke with who tried to convince me that the screws were right and that its ok that they broke through because its on the underside of the table where no one will see it. Yea, the table was several thousand dollars and I want it done right, meaning without screws sticking out of it. They came out about a week later and installed a totally new frame which took another 2 hours (I am saying I had to be away from work for multiple days for this experience). All is now well and we love the table. I am surprised that it was installed incorrectly the first time, that was disappointing. The kit that came with the table was also missing the cover that was supposed to come with it. We were also told a free lesson was included with the table purchase, but we have yet to hear anything additional about that.
