The sales team is very helpful! They don't pounce on you like in other furniture stores. Before buying, I was in the store several times to look at different pieces and compare them to what I was seeing in other stores. I worked with several different employees and they were all very helpful. There was no pressure and no annoying phone calls. I love the non-commission sales approach!!! My furniture was delivered earlier than expected. It was an extremely cold day but the two guys who delivered could not have been more pleasant. They had some obstacles getting the large, very heavy sofa into my townhouse and they maintained a cheerful attitude while standing outside holding it while I assisted in removing the legs. They handled the furniture as if it were their own, re-attached the legs and put it in place. Before they left, they assured me they would move it to wherever I'd like to see it. Peter's Billiards is not the cheapest place to buy furniture, but I could not be happier with the service, quality and value.

Great service from start to finish. I really appreciate the time spent in the store to understand pool tables. The delivery crew was wonderful. The arrived timely, put the table together and took all the packaging. I would not go anyplace else!
