Great job of moving our table and putting new felt on. Thanks

Product is well made and looks great. We love it. (We bought a small love seat and 2 swivel chairs.) Sales clerk left us a little confused, but a quick call to the manager straightened it all out. The sales clerk did have everything right and the manager suggested he would do more training to ensure the new clerk would be able to communicate more clearly. In fact the manager was amazing, very adept at handling our concern and we were confident the order was correct. The delivery experience was also exceptional. The delivery scheduler was very personable on the phone and was willing to accommodate our crazy schedule. We are over an hour away from the warehouse so this was not such an easy task. The delivery men were also great to work with. Overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely consider Peters Billiards again when we are looking for anything they sell. And we would recommend them to anyone.

Although there was a great selection to choose from the stools we wanted for our kitchen were not in stock. Our salesman was very helpful and ordered what we needed. When they came in we picked them up at the warehouse and were able to add an additional stool to our order with no problem. The warehouse staff was also friendly and helpful. We love our new stools!

We always have great service and love the selections at Peters Billiards.

Looked forever for the right bar height pub table and chairs. Found them at Peter’s. Definitely our favorite place for family and entertainment furnishings!

The people are great and the installation / delivery staff was the best.

We received excellent service from Andy Reed. He did not pressure sell us nor was he trying to sell us items in the store, which we greatly appreciated. What we valued most was his approach of being a consultant assisting us in thinking through various decisions in order to make the correct decisions. I found that he has an excellent analytical mind and is one who can comprehensively think around a scenario and the pros and cons of each selection (better than a lot of interior designers). Thus, allowing us to make the decision versus trying to sell us, up sell or any other method that would have made us hesitant to purchase from Peters. Our experience with Andy was that he had "our" best interest in mind, therefore, we believe he earned the sale because of this approach and that's why we purchased from Peters versus from elsewhere.

Salesman Scott Mullins was a joy to work with and very helpful. Stools arrived earlier than expected, yay! and delivery people were very pleasant and efficient in putting the caps on the bottom of the legs.
