Great product! I had been looking for a solution to keep an eye on my dog for a few months. Sometimes I feel guilty for my dog, when I need to stay longer at the office for work. I have a black lab, Stella and she barks sometimes when she feels lonely. We just recently purchased Petcube and it’s great, I really loved the packaging and the first experience worked out really smooth and intuitive, there were no troubles to connect it through WiFi. Mobile app really looks slick & intuitive. Stella loves new toy and treats especially. Petcube bites serves all our needs, as we can watch our dog, gets alerts if something happens, and give her treats remotely, making sure that everything is good with our four-legged friend.

I have been using Petcube for 1 week now and I can honestly say I'm in love! The setup is extremely easy-plug it in, download the app, and wait for it to update the software. That's pretty much it! The device itself fits in the palm of my hand so I was able to tuck it nicely into my media console in my living room. The living room is where my dog spends his day, so I've been able to peak in everyday for the past week and I've been surprised to see him doing a few things he knows he isn't supposed to...I had no idea! I've been able to speak to him through the device and he clearly heard me because he barked in response to my voice. I have also used the laser and after calibrating the unit, has worked beautifully. My dog honestly doesn't get tired of it. The night vision works great and we have been able to check in while we have been out at night. Overall, my family loves Petcube-it has truly given us peace of mind while we are out.

Was initially apprehensive to order the Petcube but absolutely love it! It is larger than I expected, for example, it's larger than our Wii console. When you 'throw a treat' via the app, the Petcube makes a quiet sound as it shifts the treats to the throwing area and although it has only been a few days, my dog is quickly picking up on the sound and runs to the Petcube when she hears it! It's fun to be able to check in on how she's doing while I'm at work and even say hello (though I'm not sure she understands that one yet!). One time I was even able to tell her to 'Get down' as she was sniffing at the edge of the kitchen table, as it's in front of our TV area but the area covered by the camera is honestly very wide! As a side benefit, it also honestly works great as a security feature as you can watch live but it also records anytime there is movement in the area. The only downside I've found so far is that there is a slight echo when you have the sound on and speak through the app to the device, as it picks up what the device speaker is giving out as well, but super minor overall.

This is an amazing device. It let me play with my cat while I'm absent for the week end and feed him. Extremely simple to fix and to know now it works. I love it !

We ordered this device to keep an eye on my dog, because she bark a little bit when we leave her alone. My dog love it from the first day and always waiting for a treats now(ha-ha-ha). I like that I can hear and even talk with my dog when I am not at home, but what I like more that you can schedule treats day, time and size of portion. It was easy to set up.

Love this! It's small and compact and is just what I wanted.

It came in a very nice package in just two days!! It was so easy to set up with the app. The instructions tell you to mount it on your wall, but I set mine on a shelf and it was worked perfectly. You can use this device to give treats to your pets and talk with them or just simply watch and hear them. I have a new puppy I am crate training so it has been so amazing to be able to call in and check on if he is upset or just napping!

Excellent Company, really committed to serving a safer community for pet owners. Definitely recommend this company.
