Hi Shannon, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate you taking your time to write it and we're happy to hear you are enjoying your Petcube Bites. It's true that the size and density of treats may affect the number of treats that come out of the camera. We are working to improve this process and for now to limit the number of treats dispensed at a time you need to go to camera settings in the Petcube app and select the size of treats you're using - small or large.
