Recently purchased the Petcube Bites 2 Lite for my little pooch. She loves the fact that I can fling treats to her while I'm at work. I was having some problems with treats getting stuck at times, but a quick email to customer support fixed my problem. The treat I was attempting to use was too large. I switched to a recommended treat and it's been reliably flinging treats like a champ. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good customer support…
I connected to Petcube via the chat function on their website. An agent immediately got with me and answered all of my questions in a very concise, friendly manner. I was very happy with their customer service..

Petcube’s Customer Service
My friend gave me a Petcube play several years ago and thought it was time for an upgrade when Petcube cameras were on sale. Was impressed with how well it worked in low light and the blue light was less noticeable than the white on the old camera. Bought a second Petcube camera to watch our bedroom. While on vacation one camera went offline and needed to be reset. I complained to Petcube and they offered assistance. When we returned had trouble getting camera online and switched locations soon both camera were offline. Was notified of a problem with Petcube servers and when that was resolved both cameras connectedness and are still working. It is nice to know that help is available.

Petcube is a great service
Petcube is a great service, but their customer service team is even better!! My Petcube was having audio issues. Not only did they respond fast and were super helpful, but they continued to work on things on their end until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate Petcube!!!

I just got off the CHAT with Yulia At customer service, they did an awesome job in resolving my question professionally. I love the cameras the original petcube that I have it works really good compared with some of the other amcrest and anothers oh, it is very easy to use and works well with an Android as well as a iPhone

This is a cam with excellent picture
This is a cam with excellent picture. It was easy to set up and once I decided where to place it works just like I wanted. The cost was also remarkably low for such a product. It does need to stick on wall but rotates so nicely to catch many areas. Highly recommend it.
