Best customer support ever! Product is awesome!
I had a petcube that wasn't used for about 4-5 years. I tried to use it recently but couldn't get it to connect to the android app.. I contacted customer support and they replied immediately on a Sunday!!! I was amazed by their professionalism and the quickness of their replies. After a few email exchanges we couldn't fix the issue but they offered me a discount on the new products (regardless of the fact that my warranty was expired 5 years now). Of course I took advantage of that offer and now I'm a proud owner of a bites 2.. Amazing camera and I really like the treat dispenser. Can shoot the treat really far if you want to! Best customer support I have ever experienced! The product is amazing and I would definitely recommend!
