Highly recommend
I just got the basic camera when I got a new puppy. I have been very happy with the camera and piece of mind I get being able to check on the little guy when I'm not home

Great customer service!
Petcube has stepped up their responsiveness to another level. I thought I had broken my Petcube when I cleaned it and got moisture into the camera. But they were able to help me reset the device and it's working like new. They were very responsive and helpful throughout!

Excellent support!
I contacted support about 2 concerns i had with my petcube. At first i thought it was a tech issue because i knew i had paid, but they very quickly saw that my petcube on my app was in sleep mode. I really appreciated that they were able to figure out the problem so quickly! They were also able to help me figure out billing and managing of both my petcubes, and cleared up a lot of confusion for me. I really appreciated the quick answers, and everything was very clear and easy for me to understand. Thank you so much Alnie! :)

Excellent customer support !
Excellent customer support ! I encountered a few little problems with my pet cubes and they guided me through it step by step and answered quickly to all of my questions, always with care and respect.

Great customer service
I've had the Petcube Play for 5 years now and it still works well and I'm very happy with it. I've been in touch with the customer service a few times over the years and they always reply fast and continue to give new suggestions to try until the problem is solved so I'm very satisfied
