I got this as we needed to monitor how frequently our dogs bark while we are away. Ordered from John Lewis. It was easy to set up but unfortunately I did not read the product description fully but the Petcube requires a subscription for the key features I needed. However, if my neighbour does make an official complaint about our dogs barking this data will be essential to building our case. It is very easy to use and camera quality is very good. Small camera, neat design that is fairly discreet and not ugly. I like the fact that you can take photos if you see your dogs doing something cute. Wish I bought this or had this when the girls were puppies as it would have made separation training so much easier. Highly recommend for puppy owners. Contacted Petcube and responded very quickly to my three emails. Excellent customer service. A nice feature, unsure if only for subscribers, but you can contact direct from the app if you experiencing any issues. Negatives: I wish the subscription was cheaper!! Also with the cheapest subscription you can only save 10videos unclear if this is a day or month. It’s great you can rotate the camera remotely. however the way it’s designed if you have it like me sitting on a sideboard, you cant just nudge to the right or left. Given the price point this is probably asking for a lot. Or is it? Finally as I am only interested in barking wish there was a feature for only recording this. Would recommend due to functions, ease of use, customer support from Petcube and overall design. Happy with my purchase so far only had it less than a week. Would also love to see these installed in kennnels !! As when we are away on holiday it would be nice to see our dogs of “Pet time of sorts” .
