Petcube customer service were great
Petcube customer service were great. We had a faulty product, but they were quick to understand the situation and help us rectify it. Very easy to communicate with.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted Petcube on a Saturday morning (Australia) and I had a response within the hour. After a few more back and forth emails they fixed my issue immediately. Would not hesitate to contact them again. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful in explaining. Thank you so much. I can now enjoy watching and hearing my 2 dachshunds whilst Im out.🌟

My Petcube wouldn’t connect
My Petcube wouldn’t connect, it had a constant yellow light. I emailed support and got almost immediate assistance. After answering some questions, they troubleshooted my camera and it’s working very well. Great experience with the customer service.

easy set-up
I've purchased 3 Petcubes and it is because they are incredibly easy to set up! Someone showed me their cat at home while they were at work- sold! I bought one, then a second and a third!

Love the PetCube
Love the PetCube. My Furbo had stopped working recently (after about 6-7 years…) and I saw this deal. We got the treat tossed and the additional mini. The picture quality is great and it tosses the treats so nicely! Glad we purchased this set.

Petcube support
I had a different pet camera before and it never seemed to work. I am pretty impressed so far with this one and the screen view and quality is awesome. I had a problem setting it up, but it was just me being a little incompetent and the support was great.
