I have 2 different petcubes - i enjoy both of them. One video stopped working and I've contacted the petcube team and they responded unbelievably quickly (especially now, during the festive season!). Offered a range of solutions, but luckily the problem resolved by itself. Considering getting a 3rd one :) It's actually quite a good security camera too given it has motion & sound detection.

Customer support was very prompt in returning my email inquiry (and it was in the evening after normal business hours) and their instructions perfectly resolved the issue I was having of not being able to reconnect the camera after getting a new router.

At first, no answer to my issue. They emailed back next day. Not only canceled subscription, but reimbursed me right away! I don't have a need for the petcube right now. Still have it & will probably use in the future!
