I received this email for my review and I haven't even got my product yet because they messed it up. I contacted them about my order placed a week ago, and they were supposed to get back within 234 hours... still waiting! I would move along to another product if i could! They are not good!

Constantly having issues with this product and service. At first, the night vision stopped working on the pet camera so I was without this feature for a few weeks before they fixed it. Now they have changed the setting that I use for the petcube care. It had three modes for the video recording; one is off, one is always on to movement, and one is on but does not give notifications. They got rid of the third setting which is what I liked most because my phone wasn't constantly going off, but it was still recording for me to go back and look at when I get a chance. I am glad i had not signed up for the extended petcube care service because it would be a rip off.

A complete disaster. We bought a Petcube Play earlier this year. Although it set up easily, we lost the ability to contact it from both of our phones and tablets within a few days. We emailed and spoke with staff (very professional). They determined we should return it for a replacement. We did so - and received a second device. The same results followed. We returned the second device for a refund (less the cost of postage). Other than the excellent staff, we have nothing positive to say about Petcube Play. We've purchased a different company's device and have had complete success with it.

can't get it to connect to my internet, even got help and still could not get it to work.

Never got one, I would like to though. Don't know why I got this email.
