Purchased a Petcube Play + Mount in Carbon Black before the holidays intending to give as a gift. Received the mount only with my shipment and it took an hour to get a hold of anyone at Petcube. When I did they told me that they weren't sure what was happening but had sent a request for information out to their sales team and would get back with me. A day after Christmas I have been sent an additional shipping label with no explanation from the company. Beyond upset with the lack of communication and not even sure how half of an order gets shipped out from a facility right before Christmas no less.

The support team did their best to help me with the information available to them, although at one point they just plainly stopped responding to my questions. I am extremely disappointed with the entire transaction experience. The item was not delivered at the promised date. I sent 2 Emails that went unanswered. When I called customer service, it went straight to voicemail or a busy signal. I finally got through the online customer service via chat and was told that the item was never in stock to begin with at the time I purchased it. I should not have been able to purchase it if it were not available. Also, I was never notified of any potential delays to the order throughout the time I waited for delivery. I'm also very convinced that it would not have been shipped if I never reached customer service. Meanwhile, the price has dropped significantly (50% down) since my purchase, and yet I still had not received the item. So in the end, I paid a premium for a product that did not arrive on time, and I was very surprised to learn how the operations was handled.

Customer service doesn’t respond.

Package not delivered by date and still not delivered. Days keep getting pushed back. Would have ordered elsewhere had I known this

Disappointed ordered on December 3rd and order has still not shipped... waiting a little longer before I terminate credit card sale with my credit card company!!! Feeling scammed...

Payment was made December 8th, and on December 18th I'm still not get any info regarding delivery!!! 10 days not received any updates.

Sent me a super weird email asking me what I ordered (???) and then cancelled my order

Wait time for live chat was ridiculous. I waited over 5 minutes for a response. The customer service rep wasn’t helpful. I needed to contact customer service multiple times. Mind you, I haven’t even received my order as of yet and it’s over a wk. Hoping the product is better than the customer service.
