PetcubeReviews of petcube.com

The app does everything it is supposed to. I wish it was an option to just watch other people play on the camera after you get kicked off instead of the call ending. It happens a lot with particular pets when I'm playing then my turn is over but I still want to watch the pets play with the next person in line, but the call is ended. I'm making a lot of friends in this app, and it's so nice to see so many happy animals.

I love having the ability to keep an eye on my pup when I'm not home. I've had a little trouble with getting the laser to work consistently, and have to reset it every once in a while to get it working again. That said, everything else works like a dream and the night vision is AWESOME!

Support is excellent. Sales is excellent. Product is great!! Some software issues with catching daily activities but still a worthwhile product. I think I now have 6 cubes!

Petcube is fun to use and watch the pets. It is a bit cliche may be the internet connection. But I still love it.

Although it took me two phone calls, with different customer service reps, and different directions to follow, my petcube was fixed. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Pet Cube.

I love being able to watch my dog while I'm away all day at work. Being able to talk through the camera is AWESOME! However, there have been a few times where I try to log in to see what he's doing and the camera will be "busy" or tell me I am "next in line" and have to wait a minute or so for the camera to turn on. That is my only disappointment with it so far.

I like how easy it was to set up and use with the android app. The laser works pretty well for me when calibrated. I wish the speaker and microphone were of higher quality. The echo from the microphone gets annoying. I look forward to seeing improvements and innovations in future iterations of the Petcube Play and other Petcube products.

It is a really cool invention to play with your pets when you're not home. But I think there are 2 important features that should be improved: camera angle should reach at least 250º. And the laser/voice commands should respond instantaneously. It logs and it's kind of annoying. Everything else is perfect. The packaging is adorable, and the cube design is flawless.
