I am bad with anything tech. What is easy for most is difficult for me. I wasn’t raised with technology and I am a slow learner. I have had my Petcube for awhile and only use it when traveling. During the pandemic we didn’t go anywhere but are starting to travel now. I had no idea how to hook it back up. Thank goodness Petcube has amazing customer service. I reached them various ways. Chat and email. They are so responsive! Even an email written at odd times of the day or late at night were answered very quickly. Oh and I had to contact them a bunch of times because…well…that is how bad I am at this. With their help and support I was able to get up and running quickly. They have made the set up very easy and clear. Great job Petcube! Now I can see my furr baby while away and know he is doing well. Takes the worry away so I can enjoy my trip.

Very easy to set up and very clear video. I can keep an eye on my mischievous puppy and catch her before the bad act occures, like counter scavaging, or chasing the cats. Big puppies can cause mayhem. Best to nip it in the bud. These cameras help enormously. I just wish I could connect them to my home security camera system.
