This is a fun addition to my living room. My fat cat comes running when she hears the unit start working. I like that it has night vision so I can see what’s happening no matter the time. It alerts to sounds and motion if you want. Lots of extras in the app that I’m getting used to as well.

I had to contact the customer service team via the ‘chat’ option & they were very quick to solve my missing delivery. Ordering was easy & i’m now very happy.

you. The quality of video is very good and the night vision works well; although we do leave a light on when we leave him at night. What I do suggest is that you do have to have a good Internet connection for this to work well. The Petcube Play, laser cam has a red laser light integrated in it that my dog loves to play with when we are at home. Personally, I would never turn it on when I’m away. Also, the voice feature works well, you can hear the dog and they can hear you like you are in the room with them, but we won’t ever use it (unless it is necessary) because we think it might make him edgy to hear us and not see us. The only thing I don’t like, is that there is no Off and On button, at least I have not found it. Also, that it doesn’t come with a stand to place on the floor or to the edge of a table was a negative for us. Other than that, it is very user friendly and we have already recommended it to other pet parents (you can also use it as a normal “spy” camera, not only for pets *wink wink* lol).

The PetCube Bites is a great gadget and was very easy to set-up and get working. The app was easy to install and use although I would recommend reading the entire online manual as some options were not obvious at first. The camera and overall construction seem to be of excellent quality and yes it does let you remotely toss snack to your pet which is really clever! What I really like is the ability to see what our cats do when no one is watching them- we put the PetCube in the kitchen by their food the first night and were amazed how many times the cats came downstairs to eat- cool! I will say that I think this device is probably even better for dog owners based on the interactive features and the treat size (too many small treats dispensed at once).

I've really loved the petcube bites so far but have experienced a few regular hiccups. The image is usually pretty clear (love the "at night" mode!) and I'm able to talk through the device which has been helpful for managing my pet's behavior. I love being able to "share" the camera with friends and family who want to see my dog and the noise and sound alerts have been great. The treat dispenser has been reliable up until this last week- it hasn't been dispensing and I haven't quite been able to figure out the problem. My biggest concern with the camera is that it frequently tells me "busy" and that I need to wait 90 seconds when no one is using the camera except me. I've tried a few different things (waiting for it to load, quitting the program, etc.) but this problem still seems to randomly persist at least 3 times per day. I would still recommend Petcube Bites to anyone looking to monitor their pet but you may experience some technical difficulties along the way.

I bought the Petcube Bites Pet Camera from Petcube through Amazon. It allows me to monitor my puppy throughout the day while I'm at work. My favorite aspect is that it sends me notifications when it senses movement. When she gets bored and starts moving around the room, I can toss her treats - a nice surprise for her when she is home alone during the day. It also feels like a little security system.

Love that I can check in on my kitties when I'm away. I wish the laser function was smoother - very jumpy.

Based on my previous review, Mariana from Head of Customer Support reached out to me and assisted with my shipment and kept me updated with tracking information. She also followed up several times by email and gave me a 3 months subscription to Petcube cloud's service. Aside from customer service, the Petcube is great for keeping an eye on my kitties while I'm at work. I can play with them anytime I want if they're awake. Definitely a great purchase!
