Package was one month late, over priced for what I received and feedback on the art wasn't taken onboard for the final product.

What came about as a last-minute gift idea through an ad on Facebook, turned into my fiancèe's favorite gift! Albeit, due to business demands, the package arrived a couple weeks later, but it was already expected as PCA sent an email explaining the situation and made it their personal goal to satisfy every customer during a busy season. When the canvas arrived, my fiancèe teared up with joy and was absolutely amazed by the creation. Her reaction and the quality of work made the wait well worth it! We will definitely be returning customers.

Amazing artwork and great communication, very flexible and quick!

1 month to get a picture that was guaranteed before Christmas. Ordered on the 10th December, paid extra for Queue Jump and express shipping. After several unanswered emails, messages on Instagram, finally got my "preview" on the 21st December, to which I replied within 15 mins. Only got a confirmation 3 days later. Finally received a shipping notice on 5th January, and eventually received another 5 days after that. Yes, the artwork is great, but the customer service, communication, service delivery is absolutely appalling. They were still advertising guaranteed delivery before Christmas up until the 17th December. I even asked to cancel my order and refund me if they couldn't get it to me before Christmas but they ignored the requests and carried on. During the time and after I still receive near daily automated emails trying to sell me more stuff because "they appreciate me supporting their small business" yet have failed to answer any of my complaint emails during and post. Haven't even acknowledged my review on their FB page either. They gets tons of 5 stars, maybe I was just unlucky with the terrible service, but based on that I wouldn't recommend.

The artwork is incredible and the customer service is great. They are very fast to reply and made some changes to the artwork for me without hesitation, and quickly too. 100% reccomend

I am so happy with the work that Sophia has done! The process was quick and she made sure that the picture was perfect. Great communication! I can’t thank her enough! Definitely recommend!

if i could give more than 5 stars i would. very accommodating and happy to change anything. regular updates on the picture. my brother was very happy. thanks again. you guys are very talented. i hope to use you again

even 5 stars is not enough for the wonderful work they have done! I am very happy with the result and will definitely have more drawings made by them in the future
