Before I made a purchase, I used the website chat feature to ask questions, and I was shocked that the Artist immediately responded. They were incredibly nice and answered every question thoroughly. I decided to purchase the digital download so I can print it on canvas or another product locally, and they even offered to adjust the image sizing/pixilation to best fit my plans for printing. I sent in pictures of my dog and separate pictures of my rabbit, and I received a digital photo of the rabbit alone, dog alone, and the pets together. Sallie sent us previews with multiple backdrops so we could see how each looked. After each preview, I requested revisions/slight changes to my pet’s appearance, and within 24 hours Sallie sent us a new preview with the incorporated changes; I asked for three revisions, and Sallie was nothing but gracious each time. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Sallie even mentioned that she saves our image for 24 months and is constantly adding additional product options that are exclusively for return customers to utilize their discount. I look forward to seeing what new items they add in the future, and absolutely plan on using my discount in the next 2 years. *****5 stars without a doubt.*****
