I ordered an 8x10 canvas portrait of my pup. After making the changes needed, I finalized my order. Two weeks later I still hadn’t received anything, so I sent a msg. They told me that I paid $50+ for the digital print only. Yet, when I was placing my order I was given the option to pay an additional $10 for a digital download if I wanted it along with my order. And then there’s their “return policy”. The say they will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. They offered me a store credit, minus the $27 for artist payment. If I had cancelled my order I would understand taking that route. But I didn’t. I made an order, confirmed changes, and followed up on my order. Obviously I wanted it. You will get nothing but the run around and a headache. Save your money! There are many other places that can do the same thing. Find one you can trust. Updating 8/10/23 In response to the message received from Pet Creation; Sophia, we have exchanged numerous emails already. There is no further need.

Got this as a gift for my daughter in law who is starting a dog grooming business - to go on her logo and the large picture for the wall. It's absolutely brilliant and she loved it - highly recommend. Some people have commented that it's quite expensive but in my opinion it's worth every penny, totally unique and just wonderful.

Sallie and Sophia were amazing, professional and I felt so bad making several changes but they were always obliged and nothing was too much for them. So excited to give this to my mum as a Christmas present!

Really happy with the end result - it was for my partner’s Birthday and she loved it - now pride of place in the kitchen - highly recommended!

The final result is extremely cute. The first preview was great, but not exactly the pose I was looking for, so it was entirely redone, and end result couldn't be any cuter. Staff has been nice and very easy to work with. Price is right for the amount of effort that went into it. Will do business again maybe some other time.

She couldn't have made me and my mother happier. I recently lost a 13 year old husky, Luke, and he was my big brother and my fathers son. And many years before, my mother had lost another husky, Panda, who was her baby. We have always had a memorial for Luke, but not for Panda. We had gotten Lukes memorial from this wonderful person, and I couldn't have been happier to order this surprised memorial for Panda here too. My mother and I thank you so much.
