About Pet Creations Art

Pet Creations Art is a passionate and loving pet brand specializing in highly personalized pet art that is hand-drawn by two sisters, Sallie and Sophia. At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. We now have print facilities based in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the EU and are continuing to expand! Where to next!? If you have any queries about any of our products please contact us at [email protected] and we would be more than happy to help.

Not as advertised
Not clear on add that you don’t actually get a print, only a digital download that you can create yourself on an app, then they ask for double the amount for the print, save money, get the app
Response from Pet Creations ArtNov 6, 2024
Hi Marcus! We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the Digital Download product. Our goal is to provide flexibility, allowing customers to choose between a digital file for personal printing or a full-service print. We apologize if this wasn’t clear in the ad. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. -Sophia
