Good but not Great
I found Pet Creations after a lengthy search online and it was exactly what I was after as I wanted a disneyfication of my wife and 2 dogs for a christmas present. And to be honest my wife loved the picture but the reason I gave only 3 stars was the request for alterations I made but were never implemented unless made again 2or 3 times and the posistioning of 1 of the dogs was wrong as he looked like he was floating so not as professional as I had hoped. Generally the lack of communication was annoying . I appreciate it was a busy time but it took almost 2 months from paying to receiving and my final request to have the background choice out of the 2 offered was ignored but by then it was printed and was too late with only 3 days before the 25th. So I was quite disappointed with the end result but as I said my wife was very happy with it .Gary White

Hi Gary, I am very sorry about the time it took us to make the changes to your artwork. To be completely honest with you, this was our very first Christmas (we only launched in August 2020) so, we were not as prepared as we could have been as we did not expect the volume of orders that we received over the festive period. We have now upgraded our systems and hired the necessary staff to ensure all revisions and communications are taken care of promptly and efficiently.
