The art is nice but I wasn’t blown away by it. Also the canvas material is not great- it makes my image look grainy.

Hey Ashley! I am terribly sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your canvas. I can see that this took us three revisions to get this right for you, so I am very sorry about the hassle with that. Your last response mentioned that the artwork looked great, and you were happy with this going into production as we only print the art when you love it! As for the canvas looking grainy, this should certainly not be the case as we pride ourselves on using the highest quality of materials for our products. If you can send us a photo of the canvas, we would be happy to replace this! Are you able to email me at [email protected] so we can make this right for you?
