SCAM!
I ordered my blanket November 11th. To be safe, I paid a surcharge guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They withdrew the money immediately, which is fine. It went through all the steps, got my artwork reviewed and went to printing and packaging. That's where the problems came in.
My order has been in packaging for three weeks now. Christmas is now in ten days. I have been trying to contact them via email, the portal, and Facebook for almost two weeks to try and get any information at all to try and find out what's going on and I can get NO response from them whatsoever.
There is no customer support number and their email inbox is full and not accepting messages.
If you go to their Facebook posts and check the comments you will see almost all the comments are other people experiencing this same issue of them taking money, and then just seeing no movement, and getting no support response. Their Facebook page will respond to people inquiring about purchases (and still telling people they can still get their order prior to Christmas!!!!) But not responding whatsoever to the myriads of posts about them not delivering on their products.
I will be filing a fraudulent charge claim with my bank if it does not arrive before Christmas.

THIS IS A SCAM.
THIS IS A SCAM.
Likely foreign scammers. Flint Michigan is a haven for this, as the residents have fallen on such hard times...they take advantage of any opportunity to rob others. They drained my bank account and any and all attempts to contact the company have resulted in fraudulent email responses. My suspicion is that my information has been sold to masquerading terrorists.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE
1. Pet Canva will immediately withdraw your funds upon purchase. Not a deal breaker but shows how money hungry these folks are. Plus, they apparently don’t offer refunds. I can understand if they don’t offer refunds based on the situation, but to have that statement upfront on their website shows that they don’t care about the consumer, just their wallets.
2. Their customer support is evading. They make you message through their portal which leaves no paper trail (of course). Then they constantly refer you to contact their support email, but when you do, you receive this message, “The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.” And of course, no one has provided a response still.
3. There is no other contact information besides a PO Box. Pet Canva PO Box 310906 Flint, Michigan 48531. And there is no customer support phone number to be found anywhere because why would they care? They already have your money.
4. If you buy from here, prepare to have a massive headache and extremely poor customer service. Worst $87.21 I have ever spent.

Placed an order last week....nothing has happened since.
Placed an order last week....according to the dashboard I was given, my order is still processing. BUT they charged my card... Customer service is terrible. Emailed and messaged them on many occasions with no reply. I understand it is the busiest time of year, but a reply to stop the panic would be great. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order 3 days ago
I placed an order 3 days ago. It said that it would to an artist and I would hear from them. I payed for rush service for the holidays. It still has not gone to an artist and I have sent several emails and live chat request with no success!
I have a feeling have just lost quite a bit of money😡😡😡😡. Lesson learned- never order from a company without a phone number!

I believe this company is a scam! PLEASE READ before purchasing!
I believe this company is a scam and as stated in the other bad reviews, I think the good reviews are all fake. PLEASE read before buying and I hope "Petcanva" reads this and responds...
1.) There is no phone number to contact this company for issues and no address either... defiantly should have seen this RED FLAG!!!
2.) After ordering, I received an email from "Petcanva" with my receipt displaying $90.87 for order #126152 with my shipping and billing info, the card info, and my rushed holiday shipping I paid $30 for. It stated the artwork usually took 1-2 days and I'd be emailed once completed, to select a background. I then recieved another email less than an hour later from a "manager" named "DJ"... The email said the artwork would only take an hour or two to complete and in the meantime, I could track everything through "My Dashboard" on the website.
When I attempted to put my order number into the dashboard with my email, I continued to get a WARNING Display saying that THIS ORDER DOES NOT EXIST. I then attempted to email this "DJ" and I continually got back a response that said, "Delivery failed, recipient's mailbox is full and they can't accept messages." Weirdly too, the emails were coming from "support at petcanva.com", but via address: ksd1.klaviyomail and the response of the mailbox being full came from "postmaster at netorgft3269456.onmicrosoft.com" I have never in my life seen an address like this when buying something on-line...
3.) I woke up the next morning with an email from someone named "Jean" from the same "ksd1" email above. This email stated that my artwork had been sent to an artist and I would be emailed shortly for review, but could also check "My Dashboard" for updates. He also stated that he noticed I didn't RUSH my order for the holidays and if I wanted to, I needed to let him know. Again, My Dashboard told me that my order did not exist... So, I responded to "Jean's" email and got the same response as above, stating that his mailbox was full... Also, I let him know that I DID Rush my order for the Holidays, because I paid an extra $30 to do so and had my reciept!
4.) So, I did some research online and noticed that there were bad reviews and good reviews. All the bad reviews were consistent and hinted that the good reviews were fake. Now, I didn't state before, but I'm a Detective for a large Metro-Atlanta Police Department. I started reading all the "good" reviews and they all sound just alike and are all 5 stars across the board with no issues... everything here seams fishy... So...
5.) I saw on the website that you could contact "support at petcanva.com" if you had any questions. I did this through 3 different email accounts and each time, received the same message as always, that the mailbox is full and it can't accept messages...
6.) I attempted to contact the company via Facebook, as they request you do. After two, almost three days, still no response, but the check next to the message confirms that someone read the messages...
To Petcanva:
I don't know if you are a "Scam" or not, but you sure do seem like one. You have no physical address or area you are from, no phone number, your emails from "employees" can't be responded to, your support email can't have anything sent to it, your dashboard doesn't accept order numbers, your possibly fake employee named Jean says I didn't rush my order, when I did, and to top it all off, you respond to SELECTIVE reviews on this site and when you do respond, you never leave a way for anyone to contact you. If my issues hasn't been resolved by the time the payment statement hits my account, I'm reporting it to my bank as fraud, filing a police report, and contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting about the company online. There should be no need for me to leave my contact info, because if you are a real company, you have it through my name, Chase Williams, and my order number #126152. I work hard in law enforcement and have two other jobs as well. Every penny I make is done so through hard work, as is every penny everyone else above has made. We all work too hard to be played over and scammed, especially during the holidays. PLEASE correct this, not just for me, but for everyone else experiencing these issues!

How can any company survive with service like theirs?!
I ordered a case with 2 dogs on it. When I got the first photo to review, I was shocked. One dog was lazily placed right on top of the other as if they were connected?! It looked SO awkward. And, the pictures didn’t even turn out that great...it looks like one of those filters on a crappy photo editing app that just makes the photo look like it’s drawn. Such a scam to call it “artwork”.
Anyway, that’s not even the big issue to me. I specifically asked for a revision for the dogs to not be placed right on top of each other but side by side. If it didn’t fit in portrait mode I asked for it to be landscape (so the case tilting on its side). Guess what I get back???? They literally flipped the dogs so now the bottom dog is on top & vice versa. SERIOUSLY! They obviously didn’t read my request! The fact that they looked at it & said “there, that looks great!” is so concerning. I don’t know how anyone would find that acceptable—it looked terrible.
The next thing is that they wouldn’t issue me a full refund. They charge a 30% restocking fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. If they try to charge my card I will be charging it back because there is nothing to restock.
This company is a scam.

Literally the worst company
Literally the worst company. If you’re interested in placing an order, their process starts by taking your photo and approving it. Rather than reaching out to ask what you want first, they just take a guess as to how the “artwork” (really, just minor edits plus an effect in photoshop) should look. If they completely botch the “artwork,” you have to negotiate with them to modify it. What they sent back omitted one of my dogs entirely and they did a hard crop on the right side of my other dog, so asked them to revise but they just dicked around for weeks. I eventually asked for them to cancel and refund my order because it was so bad. However, they don’t do refunds because their “artist” obviously spent no more than 2 minutes on it. So instead they stole some of my money as a “restocking fee” and cancelled it. Since nothing had been made, shipped, or taken out of their inventory, who knows what they restocked. I had ordered two items, so I finalized the second one...or so I thought. I did this on my iPhone via Chrome but despite the website telling me “Order request successed” (that’s a quote), it simply didn’t work. Nothing told me that it was unsuccessful, it just silently did nothing. Weeks went by before I realized that there’d been no forward progress on my order (they send no reminders), so I tried a handful of times and it consistently just doesn’t work. I ended up emailing customer support and they manually did it. I just got the phone case, and there’s a teal line (printing flaw) running through it. I think I’m just going to dispute it with my credit card because they’re so useless. They’d probably would try to steal more money from me just to have them fix their crap print job.
All of these perfect scores on here have to be fake.
