The blanket was very soft, looked just like the picture I sent in! I will be ordering more of these blankets for gifts in the near future!

Between my significant other and I, we have ordered five different items from Pet Canva. The first time I ordered I didn’t expect much but when I recieved the product I was very impressed. The base item itself, a pet blanket, was about what you would expect as a blanket for a pet bed. It’s with the art that Pet Canva really shines. The attention to detail was outstanding, especially with the eyes and textures with the fur. The three following items we ordered after that were the same story. Two tote bags and one phone case. They all have decent quality base products but the art work is exceptional. Unfortunately the fifth and most recent product (Another Phone Case) did not live up to the quality that I have come to expect from Pet Canva. The base product was again decent but the artwork was lacking. I’m not sure if this had anything to do with placing the order right before Christmas and maybe the artists were swamped but there was significantly less detail put into the art. This could be a five star product if they had consistent quality with their art but I would not let one less than amazing item ruin my opinion the company. I recommend Pet Canva for anyone looking for the kind things that Pet Canva does.

I requested a pillow of my dog. The photo had him wearing a white bandana but he had a white chest so I made a request for them to change the colour. They didn't see the request until the pillow was sent out. However, they did apologize and make changes to the digital file which I do appreciate. The quality of the pillow is great, the colours are bright and the art is fantastic. Overall I'm very pleased with their service and will order again.

I really loved the blanket and the quality. The blanket it self was easy to order but did take a long time to come in, almost a whole month. It is so cute and soft. Another downside is that it’s a bit pricey without a discount.

EDIT: customer service reached out and has offered to fix it for no additional fee. Slight inconvenience for having to wait for another one but they more than made up for it and assured I’d have a new one by Christmas. It does seem like this mistake was a rarity and im glad they owned up to it and will fix it. 4 stars because the customer service was great but I haven’t seen the finished product yet. If you do order and have a problem I would 100% recommend reaching out because they were more than gracious and willing to fix the problem. ORIGINAL: I ordered a phone case with a picture of my dog for my sister. I very clearly stated that she needs to use a pop socket and that the dog couldn’t take up more than the bottom third of the case. I figured that would be no big deal but boy was I wrong. The dog came centered on the case aka a pop socket would cover the entire dogs face. Every example has the dog at the very bottom of the case but mine has a solid inch of blank space below it. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Interesting side note, I left a review on their website (which only has 5 stars reviews shown) and it was not posted.

UPDATE: One of the co-owners contacted me though TrustPilot and definitely made the situation right! I just got my pillows in the mail and they’re so much better than I expected!! They have so much detail and they look EXACTLY like my dogs they’re so CUTE. My mom cried when I gave them to her 🤗. Original Post: I placed an order on October 9th and have YET to receive my order OR literally any shipping updates. It just says shipping “confirmed” and that it would arrive in 10-12 business days, yet it has almost been 2 months. I emailed customer service a little less than a month ago and they said they would fix it but the only emails I’ve received after contacting them have been promos and ads but nothing about my order??? I usually don’t mind things taking a while to ship but I paid $80 and it’s been 2 months lmaooo. I’ll definitely use a different company next time. I just want my pillows or a refund before they finally decide to ship my order plz 😪🤧
