PetCanvaReviews of petcanva.com

The end product was beautiful and better than I expected. The art process didn’t take too long and I received my order right under 2 weeks after ordering. I was able to see the progress of my order step by step until it was shipped. My only complaint is that I was never given the tracking information so I couldn’t determine when my package would arrive. Luckily it arrived before I needed jt(a gift for mother’s day) and I’ll 100% recommend and use this service again. I just hope next time I’ll be able to have the tracking information next time

I absolutely adore this company. I think all of the products are adorable and great for any gift or personal collection for all of us crazy pet lovers. My transaction process was extremely easy from uploading my photo, to receiving my art, and finally up to getting my blanket in the mail. Everything was really smooth and overall I was very happy with my order. My mom absolutely loved hers, as her Mother's day gift. The only reason I did not give 5 full stars was because it is not made clear that the background you select is printed on the blanket. I was was expecting the whole blanket itself to be the color I selected, not just the front. I also ordered the Sherpa blanket after receiving this one, and the Sherpa just felt really thin and I would have enjoyed a much more fluffy Sherpa. Otherwise, I still love the products and would absolutely order more!!

The case took a bit long which was expected since its custom art, but what i don’t like is how hard it is to take off of my phone. I’m one of those people that likes to put money or a card in the back of my phone but i struggle with taking the case off. There’s also a little crack right above the camera on the case but it hasn’t bothered me too much, i’m just worried it’ll break at some point. Everyone complements my case though and i really love it.

The quality is very nice, although immune had a little mark towards the top of the case. I think they did a good job of recreating my cat on the case.

The digital composition of my three dogs was great. One of the graphics initially had some errors I wanted fixed and PetCanva sorted it quickly and exactly as I’d requested. The print on my phone case if good and the images of the dogs is clear. The only reason I dropped one star from the rating is because the quality of the phone case is not brilliant. The fitness on my iPhone X is very tight and the camera is not central in the four out. Considering the cost of the package I would have expected a better quality fit on the case.

Overall completely satisfied with my purchase from PetCanva. Such a great site for obsessed dog moms like me, it was easy to order and the product lived up to all my expectations. Knocked off one star just for how long it takes to receive the order, which I do understand as it is a custom product. I wish the status of the order was bettter explained, as well as tracking information. Besides the actual product my second favorite aspect is that a portion of the purchase goes towards pet charities. I just ordered my second purchase and I will be buying more in the future, as well as recommending to friends.

Have purchased twice from Pet Canva, my first experience we good, the pillow had a two small snags on it but no big deal and the second one I suppose was my fault for not reading the picture guidelines. I submitted a picture of my dog laying down so the image on the pillow was a little off compared to the first one but again my fault. Giving it a 4 stars for the first pillow being snagged because these do cost a little more than your average pillow.

The case turned out so cute! It looks exactly like the photo I sent in and I was happy the back is hard plastic while the sides have a rubber bumper for my phone. Everyone loves how adorable it is. The only thing, if I’m being picky, is the edges of the case stretch a bit so it’s a little loose fitting.
